Outstanding service. I would give well beyond 5 stars if I could. Every one of the staff members I’ve met has been incredible. Out of all the vets I’ve been to, which is a lot, this is by far the best and I’ve only had 2 visits. I also work in the animal field and I couldn’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else at this point. Being in the military and getting sent away on short notice, the staff members and Dr. Lewis have been EXTREMELY accommodating to my schedule which is something I never even expected out of a vet prior to visiting Webster Vet Clinic. She wanted to make sure my high energy hunting puppy (a little hard to handle at times) was well taken care of prior to my leaving and even remembered my current circumstances. Everyone has been great with communication, very thorough explanations, and very well organized. Once I come back from my military obligations and be living an hour away but will still be commuting to this vet because of how impressive this practice is. All of my customers I will be highly recommending this practice to. Personally, I would pay whatever need be, but they are also the most cost efficient practice I have been to, which is even more of a plus. Overall, I appreciate more than I can say to all of the staff here. Thank you so very much for how compassionate and understanding you are.

I am a new client who was switching after a bad prior vet experience. I was nervous about the switch, and in the middle of making the switch my older cat started acting ill. Everyone I spoke to at this office have been amazing. So nice, compassionate, and worked with me to get my cat's new patient visit moved up to see my cat. I cannot thank them enough. My visit was with Dr. Lewis who was incredible. Just great with my cat and listening to my concerns. She has helped get my cat's health back on track. I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am to be a new client at this office. I am so appreciative to have had it recommended and so relieved to have my kitty as a patient there.

Dr. Sementa and his staff are truly the best. Their level of care, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile for your pet is wonderful. Dr. Sementa is the reason my 14.5 year old Yorkie (with a liver shunt) has lived such a full life. I am forever grateful to him for always giving me the best medical advice for my dogs and cats.

Excellent service with no wait time. Doctor Lewis is friendly, informative and takes the time to answer all questions. Bella, Kaspurr and Fisher say " HELLO" and "THANK YOU" Dr Lewis and Staff

Can't thank you enough! My pug had a foot injury today (I was upset and worried) it was 30 minutes till close . They had us come right over , fixed him up and gave him meds to bring home. Above and beyond! Have been taking very good care of Augustus and always there for us. Much appreciated and always recommend Webster veterinary clinic. :)

I’d give 100 stars if I could. I was on vacation with my family and had to bring my bunny with me, we tried for weeks to get Truffles to a vet but no one near us was taking new patients or cared after rabbits. He was suffering and would have died at home alone and I would never have wanted that for him, after calling another dozen or so vets in the Rochester area they were the only ones willing to help us put our bunny to rest. The vet and her staff were all so kind and compassionate and made a difficult time “easy” to get through. I’m just glad I got to be there for him in his end. Thank you again for your help!

It was very hard for me to choose a vet for my cat Mango (pictured below) as a lot of vet clinics, in my experience, have extremely below-average cat care, choosing to treat cats as small dogs instead of as their own thing with unique needs and health issues, but I am beyond happy with my choice to go to the Webster clinic so far. The staff and Dr. Lewis are always extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond when answering my questions regarding vaccines, flea and tick treatment, diet etc.. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come. They’re also very good with approving prescriptions for Chewy very quickly so I’ve never had an issue getting medication when needed 💖

I wish more pet parents would understand how hard this job is. They are treating patients that cannot talk and do not understand what’s happening. This is just as stressful for the doctors and technicians as it is for the families. With that being said THANK ALL OF YOU! Is going to the vet expensive? Yes! Do they feel for us knowing that sometimes we sometimes have to make those hard decisions between cost and care? Absolutely! Keep that in mind next time you visit your vets office whether it’s simple or complicated. I cannot thank all of you enough for the kindness and compassion you’ve shown to both me and Scout. It truly means more than I can express. I really appreciated how thoughtful the doctor was in considering the cost of different tests and treatment options while working through possible causes and next steps. That level of understanding and care makes things a little easier. To you and the other veterinary technicians—thank you for your patience, gentleness, and the genuine love and compassion you show Scout. It is always so clear that everyone on your team truly cares about the animals and the families who love them. I am so grateful for all that you’ve done. Thank you for treating us with such kindness and respect.

An Annual exam. A kind caring staff. Wonderful Doctors who truly care and will go out of their way for you. The Veterinarian Technicians are extraordinary. The most beautiful place I have ever been. I had to put my sweet Lilly to sleep. Dr. Sementa and Michelle we're very compassionate. I'm so grateful for W.V.C.
